These terms govern your use of Linko’s website, dashboard, mobile app, and QR tags. By creating an account, placing an order, or using a scanned Linko page, you agree to them.
The service
Linko lets people reach a vehicle or item owner through a QR tag without showing a personal phone number. We relay messages, call requests, and alerts. We do not guarantee that an owner will see, answer, or act on a scan.
Not an emergency service
Linko is a communication and alert tool. It is not a substitute for police, ambulance, or other emergency services. In a life-threatening situation, call your local emergency number first (15 or 112 in Pakistan, 999 in the UK, 911 in the US). See the Emergency disclaimer.
Acceptable use
You must not use Linko stickers or the scanner page to harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate anyone. We may suspend stickers or accounts that violate this rule.
Orders and tags
Tags are a one-time purchase with Cash on Delivery in Pakistan. Each sticker is for one vehicle or item. You are responsible for claiming the sticker, setting privacy toggles, and placing the QR where it can be scanned safely.
Accounts
You must provide accurate details and keep your login safe. You can export or delete your account from Settings. Deleting an account releases linked stickers.
Privacy
How we handle personal information — including contact-form name, email, and message, and phone numbers from orders or your profile — is described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Linko is not liable for outcomes of scanner interactions, missed alerts, courier delays, or your decision to share vehicle details. Emergency features are a convenience and cannot guarantee a response.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
