This page explains the cookies and similar storage Linko uses. It should be read with the Privacy Policy.
Essential cookies
We use cookies that are required for the site to work:
- Sign-in cookies keep you logged in on the dashboard and admin tools
- Scanner session cookie (named linko_sid) lets someone who scans a QR tag continue a conversation without creating an account
These are not advertising cookies. We do not use them to build a marketing profile.
What we do not use
We do not currently set third-party advertising or social-media tracking cookies on Linko pages.
How long they last
Sign-in cookies last for the length of your session (and any “stay signed in” period set by our authentication provider). The scanner session cookie can last up to one year so a person can return to the same scan conversation.
How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, you may not be able to sign in or continue a scanner conversation.
